Processing Time and Receipt

• The certificate is normally issued about seven to ten days from the date the application is received.
  (It may take approximately three weeks if the application is received just before or after New Year Holidays or “Golden Week” holidays from the end of April to early May.)
• The certificate is issued directly to you. Please inform us at the time of application if you are unable to come and receive the certificate in person due to unavoidable circumstances such as a business trip overseas, in which case you may receive it by proxy.
• We do not mail the certificate.
