Vehicles requiring a Storage Space Certificate

All passenger vehicles, except for small-sized motor cycles, two-wheeled small-sized special equipments and small vehicles with 660cc or less engines （The applicant has to present a Vehicle Storage Space Certificate when registering a vehicle at the local Transport Bureau.）
