Areas where a Storage Space Certificate is not required

1. If the vehicle operation base is in Former Miyosi-mura, Chosei-mura, or Former Hasunuma-mura, a Storage Space Certificate is not required.
2. If the storage space is in Former Miyoshi-mura, Chosei-mura, or Former Hasunuma-mura, and vehicle operation base is in an area other than the said three districts, a Storage Space Certificate is required.
